X100VI film simulation recipes
The whole recipe bank, for the X100VI — same sensor as the X-T5, so the recipes transfer unchanged. Each recipe is traced back to the film it emulates and the datasheet it came from.
The X100VI carries the same 40.2 MP X-Trans CMOS 5 HR sensor as the X-T5, at the same 3.04 µm pixel pitch. Same sensor, same colour filter array, same processor family, so a recipe validated on the X-T5 is not being adapted for this body: it is the same recipe. The fixed 23mm lens changes framing, not colour. How sensor generation decides compatibility.
Reala Ace needs firmware 4.00 or later, released June 2024. Below that the simulation is not on the camera, and any recipe built on it needs its documented fallback. Check under MENU → USER SETTING → FIRMWARE.
